Map Site Tags

Tags are used to identify the location of the customer leads for the purpose of connecting them to the Zoom Phone system deployment in their respective region. Providers can map these tags to predefined sites for each region and also associate channels to these sites. The following sites are predefined EMEA; Americas; APAC; India; Sandbox3. A unique tag should be defined for each of these sites. A unique set of tags should be defined for each provider.

For example, when a customer lead is added in the EMEA region, the new customer lead enters the "EMEAHub1" string in the Validation screen (see Download and Install Carrier App), and then their Landing Page is linked directly to the Provider or Channel in the EMEA region through whom the lead is instigated. The customer is then deployed in Live Cloud under the relevant Provider or Channel entity, and is managed in the Live Cloud instance in the "EMEA" Data Center.
